Howie has been in the Real Estate business since 1994 as a Licensed Realtor, Associate Broker, Broker Owner, Partner in Land Development and Home Building Company, Sales trainer, Coach and Mentor, consistently in the top 1% for production of all agents in West Michigan. Howie was born, raised and currently lives in West Michigan. Howie has received numerous industry awards and has been invited to speak on various panels offering insight to the local Real Estate Market. “As your Realtor it is my job to understand your needs and respond promptly, professionally, and with the utmost integrity. I utilize the latest technologies, market research, and business strategies to exceed your expectations. More importantly, I will listen and that means finding the right solutions that are tailored to you”. He currently is also a coach with Jared James, coaching agents all over the country.
Family
Howie married his best friend in 1991. We have four children born in 1993 Allie, 1995 Carlie, 1999 Drew and 2001 Grace. 3 girls and 1 boy. We love the water and outdoors. Our family was part of a water ski team which was super fun.
Community
Howie has been involved in several non-profit boards including Hudsonville School Board and Hudsonville Education Foundation Board. Howie has also been a Kids Hope and Strive Member. Howie has also been involved with many Real Estate boards and committees over the years.
It brings Howie great joy to help educate all in making wise Real Estate decisions.
