As the Director of Growth and Brand Ambassador for BP Realty, Brooke's focus is on helping agents build the businesses they dream of. Her experience is extensive: she has built a top-producing team, is a published author, has created coaching programs for over 50 offices, and has coached hundreds of agents nationwide.
Today, Brooke’s role at BP Realty ensures that every agent in the company is highly trained and supported by a national-level coach. This results in a higher standard of service and a team that is focused on helping others. She provides the tools and mindset needed to help agents see what they are truly capable of.
